Professor Paul Mazerolle relocated to Australia from the US in 2000 to develop and lead the criminology program at the University of Queensland. He was the inaugural director of Research and Prevention at the Crime and Misconduct Commission of Queensland. He joined Griffith in 2006 and was appointed director of the Key Centre for Ethics, Law, Justice and Governance until 2009. Paul is a past editor of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Criminology and founding co-editor of the Journal of Developmental and Life-Course Criminology. In 2009 Paul was appointed as Pro Vice Chancellor of the Arts, Education and Law Group at Griffith University.
