In 2017 Queensland Conservatorium celebrated 60 years.
Established in 1957, Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University (QCGU) is one of the mos comprehensive tertiary music schools in Australia. A breadth of specialist degrees encompasses pre-tertiary, undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs across two campuses, taught by world-renowned performers and teachers.
Each year the Queensland Conservatorium holds over 250 performances across South Bank, Woolloongabba and Gold Coast venues featuring classical, jazz, musical theatre, opera, new music, popular music, alumni, visiting artists and more.
South Bank
South Bank precinct is located in the city centre, on the banks of the Brisbane river and home to the Griffith University Queensland Conservatorium.
