Integrity 20 Ticketing Policy

Tickets for Integrity 20 events are purchased either through events.griffith.edu.au or through our ticketing partner, QTIX.

Tickets purchased through QTIX

Tickets for Integrity 20 events are purchased through QTIX by the following options:

1. Prior to purchasing a ticket through the QTIX website, you may be required to register for a user account and to nominate an email address and password for your account.
2. Once confirmed, your ticket and any transaction fee will not be refunded or exchanged, except in special circumstances.
   Should the event not proceed, tickets will be refunded.
3. Tickets cannot be resold or exchanged by QTIX, the venue, or event organiser.
4. School bookings – once registration details are finalised with a member of the Integrity 20 team, they will be forwarded to QTIX, and you will be contacted with payment options. A tax invoice will be provided by QTIX. Payment is to be made in advance of the event.

5. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST if applicable. A tax invoice option is available upon request to QTIX.

   Delivery, Collection and Printing of Tickets
7. Delivery of tickets by QTIX will only be made upon receipt of full payment.
8. Delivery of tickets can be requested by post, self-print e-ticket, or collect ticket from the Venue Box Office.
9. QTIX and the Venue reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of purchase.
   
   Replacement Tickets
   
10. Where tickets are lost, stolen, misplaced or destroyed, contact QTIX to organise issue of replacement tickets. Proof of identify and purchase may be required, prior to issuing a replacement ticket.
